The Bible Cinema Roadshow Begins
Do YOU believe God’s Word is true? Do the people in your COMMUNITY believe God’s Word is true? We know the answer to that is going to be ‘some do.’ Don’t we want more than ‘some’ people to believe that God’s Word is true? It can change an entire community.
The Bible Cinema Roadshow is designed to bring Biblical content to your community all year long via theaters that help show God’s Word is true. One way to reach people of all different backgrounds is through cinema. Many people will go to a theater but would not go to a church building. This is an outreach initiative that we are asking you to be involved in with us.
Many of you have seen our Patterns of Evidence films and know how Bible affirming they are. We believe more people need to see them! That is why we have organized Bible Cinema Roadshow to allow these films, along with others that are Bible affirming, to come back (some for the first time) to the theater.
Our request is for you to become a Theater Captain in your community to bring people to the theater each month to watch films that explore themes in the Bible that will inspire them to believe God’s Word is true! Each month throughout the year we plan to release a different film. The first exciting film is called God of Heaven and Earth, which is planned for release November 5th, 2023 (ticket sales begin soon). This film is perfect for the start of the holiday season with the content revealing evidence for Jesus’ birth and resurrection.

Being a part of the Bible Cinema Roadshow can be very impactful for your community. You are bringing evidence for the credibility of the Bible, which encourages believers in their own faith and can open the minds and hearts of others who do not believe in the truth of biblical events. We have many emails and testimonies of lives changed because of these powerful films. With your help we hope to start turning the tide of culture by turning hearts to God and His Word.
First Step to Becoming a Theater Captain
As a Theater Captain you will sign up to show Biblically relevant films at a theater in your community. You know your community best, so we encourage you to request a theater near you that will be convenient. You start by making a request for a theater here. Select the film(s) you would like to screen and would like to Captain. The order of the films listed on that page is set according to the monthly release plan we have established.
After you fill out the form and make your selection, that information will get sent to our team to then pursue booking that theater for the showing. We will get in touch with you via email or a phone call to confirm your showing. What happens next?
Announcing the Film in Your Community
We want to help you be a successful Theater Captain bringing films to your community that affirm God’s Word to be true. Here are a few ways to do that.
MAKE A LIST of influential People and Organizations that you think would have an interest in affirming the historical credibility of the Bible. People with an interest in apologetics, history and biblical archaeology to name a few. These could include churches, synagogues, schools, homeschool groups, colleges, seminaries and local Bible study groups.
BUILD A TEAM of Co-Captains. They can assist in getting the word out and find core support and enthusiasm from local faith-based organizations. Help them understand the unique opportunity available with the film and theater approach. Working together with like-minded people who care about the Bible and your local community just like you do can make it lots of fun as well. Once you assemble a team you can call on each member to do outreach with you.
PUBLICITY. Connect with your local newspapers and media outlets that might run a story about the upcoming theater event or make mention of it in the local news. When screening events are promoted by the local press you are sometimes able to reach an audience beyond your immediate community. Social media is also a great way to get the word out.
